original pre recorded music

clients can have access to prerecorded music for review and if music already meets the client's expectactions, it can be synced and edited to fit the work of the client. this music can be licensed as exclusive or non-exclusive. projects and agreements are reviewed on a case by case basis.

manipulated pre recorded music

perhaps a client hears a pre recorded melody and likes it, but prefers different instrumentation, a different vocal track, or finding a variation of that established theme. sing like buildings will consult with the client, gather source material, and compose and record new music related to a pre recorded track. this music can be licensed as exclusive or non-exclusive. projects and agreements are reviewed on a case by case basis.

original composition

sing like buildings can consult and compose completely new material for a client and their project. clients shall provide audio and visual references. sing like buildings will then provide test runs of audio clips. this may involve a minimal exploration fee. after receiving approval and commitment from the client, sing like buildings can move forward to a full agreement and contract for the composition and syncing of original music for commercial, film, or audio installation.
